- Unlike traditional wireless companies that limit your minutes or charge you extra for text messaging and other data features, revol only offers unlimited wireless service. That means you can use your phone as much as you want for a flat monthly rate (no nasty billing surprises).
- how long do I have to keep my revol service?
- Since we don't require you to sign a contract, you can keep your revol service as long as you want.
- How can revol afford to offer great unlimited service at a low monthly rate?
- Several factors are involved in revol wireless’ affordable unlimited calling plan solutions. We take pride in our state-of-the-art all digital network, which allows for more cost-effective service and less dropped calls. We also eliminate the need to count and track monthly minutes and purge the waste associated with printing detailed bills. By simplifying our business, we can pass the savings along to our customers.
- Can I really talk all I want?
- Yes. At revol, we believe you should be free to talk anytime you want, 24/7. Since all revol calling plans include unlimited anytime minutes, talk as little—or as much as you want.
- Who can call me?
- Anyone can call you, no matter where they are located. As long as you are located inside the revol coverage area, you will receive the call.
- What happens if I want to make a call when I am traveling outside of the revol coverage area?
- National extended coverage is now available. For just $5 a month, you can travel in over 300 cities in the continental United States and receive unlimited anytime minutes and unlimited text messaging. Select cities require aws capable phone. Learn more about national extended coverage.
- What phones are aws capable?
- Can I send text messages to other wireless carriers?
- Yes. Revol’s service allows you to send and receive unlimited text messages to most U.S. wireless carriers. You must have the text messaging feature enabled on your calling plan to utilize this feature.
- Is there an activation fee for signing up?
- Yes. There is a $35 activation fee per line on all new activations.
- Are there any additional costs added to my monthly bill?
- You will be charged local, state and federal taxes on your monthly bill.

- What are Revol Bucks?
- Revol bucks are the official currency of revol wireless. With revol bucks you can purchase and download ringtones, games, wallpaper and more right from your revol phone.
- How do I add revol bucks to my account?

- What happens if I forget to pay my monthly service bill?
- If you forget to pay your monthly bill, your service will be temporarily suspended. We will send you a text message reminder 10, 5, and 2 days before your monthly bill is due. To receive continuous service, remember to pay your monthly bill on or before the due date. If you are having trouble remembering to pay your bill, sign up for auto bill pay.
- What if I want to receive a paper bill each month?
- Revol wireless cares about the environment and since your bill is the same every month, we don't send out paper bills. If you would like to receive a paper bill, there is a $2 monthly charge for this option. Detailed calls are not included with this option.
- How do I reactivate my suspended service?
- Simply pay your monthly service bill, plus a $15 service resume fee and your service will be reinstated. If you are having trouble remembering to pay your bill, sign up for auto bill pay.
- Can I keep my existing wireless number?
- Yes. You can keep your existing wireless number with local number portability. Visit a revol wireless store or call 1.800.REVOLHQ for details.
- Can I use my existing wireless phone on the revol network?
- You may be able to use your existing wireless phone on our network. Learn more about revol flash.
- What is the Return policy?
- Returns of merchandise are accepted only if returned within fifteen (15) days after the date of purchase. The original sales receipt is required for a refund. Returns on phone purchases are subject to a $15 phone re-stocking fee. Returned phones must have been used for less than sixty (60) minutes and must be in “like new” condition with the original box, packaging and all included accessories such as charger, battery, phone strap and instruction manual. Returned merchandise other than phones must be unopened and unused. Refunds will not be issued on earpieces or headsets. All sales on these items are final. Activation fees and payments for prepaid services are non-refundable. If your revol wireless service is suspended or terminated during any monthly service period, you will not be entitled to any refund of amounts paid for such service period or discount or pro-rata reduction of amounts owed for such service period.
- What is the phone warranty?
- All brand new revol wireless phones that were purchased for a new activation or as an upgrade replacement come with a limited one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. Certified reconditioned revol wireless phones come with a six (6) month warranty. After 60 days from phone activation, if a defect on a phone is deemed under warranty, the rapid exchange fee to replace the phone at a revol wireless full service center is $25.00 payable at the time of the replacement and is non-refundable. Phone warranty is non-transferable and does not cover used or pre-owned equipment. For details on the warranty of your specific phone model, see terms and conditions. The use of after market accessories with your phone may void the phone warranty. Please refer to your phone owner’s manual for specific warranty guidelines. see support.
- What is the revol phone insurance program?
- The phone insurance program is available for a monthly fee of $5. Coverage begins on the 31st day following the date of enrollment in the insurance program. Your phone must be operational in order to have coverage under this program. Your processing fee will be between $50 and $350 based on the replacement model for your approved claim, and is payable at the time of replacement. The processing fee is non-refundable. A maximum of two (2) equivalent replacements will be permitted in each consecutive twelve (12) month period.
