What if I have an older calling plan with per minute nationwide roaming rates?
If you have an older Revol Wireless calling plan that includes per minute nationwide roaming rates instead of free roaming, you have a couple options. First, you can upgrade your calling plan to one of the NEW nationwide Straight-up plans, which includes nationwide talk, text & web coverage (web not included on all plans). There is no charge to upgrade your calling plan. To upgrade your plan, please call Customer Care or visit a Revol Wireless store location. You may also choose to keep your current plan and continue to pay per minute nationwide roaming rates.

What’s the big deal about unlimited calling to Mexico landlines?
Believe it or not, not all wireless providers allow this. At Revol, we know how important your family and friends are. That’s why we wanted to make sure that you are always in-touch with them. No longer do you have to look up city codes in Mexico. If it is a landline in Mexico – with the +All-Out Passport you have unlimited calling to and from it. Plus, with our Mex Mobile add-on, you can also receive unlimited mobile to mobile calling to Mexico as well. Just another way Revol is keeping it simple while saving you cash.

Yes. Revol’s service allows you to send and receive unlimited text messages to most U.S. wireless carriers. You must have the text messaging feature enabled on your calling plan to utilize this feature.

What happens if I forget to pay my monthly service bill?
If you forget to pay your monthly bill, your service will be temporarily suspended. We will send you a text message reminder 11, 6, and 1 day before your monthly bill is due. To receive continuous service, remember to pay your monthly bill on or before the due date. If you are having trouble remembering to pay your bill, sign up for auto bill pay.

What if I want to receive a paper bill each month?
Revol Wireless cares about the environment and since your bill is the same every month, we don't send out paper bills. If you would like to receive a paper bill, there is a $2 monthly charge for this option. Detailed calls are not included with this option.

Can I keep my existing wireless number?
Porting your number to Revol Wireless is simple!
  • Shop Online: If you choose to keep your current phone number and bring it to Revol Wireless, please select that option during the checkout process. When activating your new Revol Wireless phone, please provide the following information from your existing wireless or landline provider: Existing Provider's Name, Your Existing Account Number, Your Existing Password or PIN (if applicable) . Please remember that your existing wireless or landline service must be active in order to port your number to Revol Wireless. We will start your new Revol Wireless account that day and you will receive a phone call from one of our customer care representatives on your Revol Wireless phone when the porting process is complete.
  • Revol Wireless store: Bring a valid picture ID and the most recent wireless bill you received from your current wireless provider. Please make sure your name, address and account number are displayed on the bill. We will start your new Revol Wireless account that day and you will receive a phone call from one of our customer care representatives on your Revol Wireless phone when the porting process is complete.

What is the Return policy?
Returns of merchandise are accepted only if returned within fifteen (15) days after the date of purchase. The original sales receipt is required for a refund. Returns on phone purchases are subject to a $15 phone re-stocking fee. Returned phones must have been used for less than sixty (60) minutes and must be in “like new” condition with the original box, packaging and all included accessories such as charger, battery, phone strap and instruction manual. Returned merchandise other than phones must be unopened and unused. Refunds will not be issued on earpieces or headsets. All sales on these items are final. Activation fees and payments for prepaid services are non-refundable. If your Revol Wireless service is suspended or terminated during any monthly service period, you will not be entitled to any refund of amounts paid for such service period or discount or pro-rata reduction of amounts owed for such service period.

What is the Revol E-Store Return policy?
Merchandise purchased at the revol.com e-store should not be returned to a store location. Stores cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased at revol.com. Instead, all revol.com e-store orders include a convenient, prepaid mailing label to return your item(s). To return your online purchase, please follow these instructions: 1. Pack your return in the original shipping package (if possible). 2. Include the original packing slip and indicate the reason for return. 3. Include all original packing materials, products and accessories. 4. Make sure to cover any of the previous mailing labels and barcodes. 5. Attach the prepaid mailing label and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.

If prepaid mailing label is lost or damaged you can still return your online purchase, but will need to ship the item(s) back to Revol at your own expense. To return your online purchase, please follow the instructions above, but send your return to: Revol Wireless, c/o E-Store Return, 7575 E. Pleasant Valley Rd, Independence, OH 44131.

What is the phone warranty?
All brand new Revol Wireless phones that were purchased for a new activation or as an upgrade replacement come with a limited one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. Certified reconditioned Revol Wireless phones come with different warranty periods based on the model purchased, up to a maximum of six (6) months. All phones that are subject to a warranty claim must be returned to the original manufacturer for the manufacturer’s verification of a covered defect and repair or replacement of the phone, which may take several weeks. As an additional service, for a period of 180 days from activation Revol will exchange a phone with a defect covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty for a new phone of the same or comparable model, upon payment of a “rapid exchange fee” that varies based on the time since the phone was activated (“Rapid Exchange Fee”). The rapid exchange service is only available at Revol Wireless full service centers. The manufacturer’s warranty is non-transferable and does not cover used or pre-owned equipment. For details on the warranty of your specific phone model, see terms and conditions. The use of aftermarket accessories with your phone may void the phone warranty. Please refer to your phone owner’s manual for specific warranty guidelines.

What is the revol phone insurance program?
The phone insurance program is available for a monthly fee of $5. Coverage begins on the 31st day following the date of enrollment in the insurance program. Your phone must be operational in order to have coverage under this program. Your processing fee will be between $25 and $125 based on the replacement model for your approved claim, and is payable at the time of replacement. The processing fee is non-refundable. A maximum of two (2) equivalent replacements will be permitted in each consecutive twelve (12) month period. How do I use call forwarding?
To start using call forwarding, you must first have the call forwarding feature enabled on your calling plan. Once you have added this feature to your calling plan, you can manage your call forwarding by:
  • *71 + 10 digit phone number SEND - will forward your calls to the number you entered
  • *710 SEND - will cancel call forwarding and your calls will be sent to your phone

How do I use voice mail?
Revol Wireless voice mail provides you with the ability to retrieve messages left from people that called your phone. Our voice mail system allows for language selection, multiple personal greetings and the ability to retrieve deleted messages.

Does revol wireless support hearing aid compatible phones?
Yes. Revol Wireless supports wireless phones that are Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC).

What makes a phone hearing aid compatible?
Hearing aids operate in one of two modes – acoustic coupling or telecoil coupling. Hearing aids operating in acoustic coupling mode receive and amplify all sounds surrounding the user; both desired sounds, such as a telephone’s audio signal, as well as unwanted ambient noise. Hearing aids operating in telecoil coupling mode avoid unwanted ambient noise by turning off the microphone and receiving only signals from magnetic fields generated by telecoil-compatible telephones. In the United States, about 25-30 percent of hearing aids contain telecoils, which generally are used by individuals with profound hearing loss.

What are the standards and ratings for Hearing Aid Compatible phones?
The standard for compatibility of digital wireless phones with hearing aids is set forth in American National Standard Institute (ANSI) standard C63.19. ANSI C63.19 contains two sets of standards: an “M” rating from one to four for reduced radio frequency (RF) interference to enable acoustic coupling with hearing aids that do not operate in telecoil mode, and a “T” rating from one to four to enable inductive coupling with hearing aids operating in telecoil mode. A digital wireless phone is considered hearing aid-compatible for acoustic coupling if it meets an “M3” rating under the ANSI standard. A digital wireless handset is considered hearing aid-compatible for inductive coupling if it meets a “T3” rating under the ANSI standard.
