What is covered?
The program covers the phone (device, standard battery & wall charger) you purchased from Revol Wireless from accidental damage, loss, and theft. Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage to equipment is not covered.
When am I covered?
If you purchase coverage, no claim may be made under the program for thirty (30) days following the point in which Revol Wireless applies a payment for the purchase of coverage. Please note, your phone must be operational at the time of program activation in order to enroll.
What are the claim limits?
There is a claim limit of $1,000 per insured subscriber. Each insured subscriber is limited to 2 occurrences over any 12-month period with a per occurrence limit of $500.
What is the deductible?
Your deductible will be based on the make and model of the phone for which you make a claim, ranging from $25 to $125.
Why do I pay a deductible if I pay a premium?
Much like auto insurance, the low monthly premium serves as your enrollment payment. Then, when you need to use your insurance to obtain a replacement, a fixed payment, called a deductible, is required.
How do I enroll?
You can enroll in the program at anytime. A fee of $5.00 will be added to your monthly bill.
