• You must have a minimum of $2.00 in your Revol Bucks account to initiate an international call
• Use direct dialing to international destinations – standard dialing patterns
• To dial Canada, the Caribbean and neighboring U.S. destinations:
  1 + area code + local number
• To dial all other international countries:
  011 + country code + city code + number
• There are no PINs, surcharges or additional fees – per minute rates includes all taxes
• If you are roaming and placing an international call, you will be charged both the roaming rate and international long distance rate for the duration of the call
