Assistant Retail Store Manager
Are you ready to manage a sales team? The Assistant Retail Store Manager supports the Retail Store Manager in motivating the team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales goals are achieved and company policies and procedures are followed. The Assistant Retail Store Manager will help with the day to day operations of the store as well as the training and development of the team to ensure continued growth of both the business and the associate. This position is considered a grooming position for the more challenging Retail Store Manager position and requires excellent decision-making and communication skills.
