Resolution Specialist

This Resolution Specialist provides direct interface and operational support for Revol’s customers, authorized retailers, internal customers and call center staff. This specialist will be required to analyze internal and external customer’s concerns and determine appropriate action to positively impact customer satisfaction and retention in a call center environment. High School diploma or GED required. Two to three years of professional or technical experience in such areas as telecommunications customer service, computer teleprocessing operations, handset repair, or other closely related work preferred. Spanish bilingual a plus.

Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring customer service associate calls in the call center to ensure the highest quality standards of customer service are achieved. The specialist will be responsible for performing monitors on a percentage of weekly calls. The Quality Assurance Specialists will work closely with the Quality and Training Coordinator to report on areas for improvement and assist in implementation of coaching and training. High School Diploma or GED is required. One to three years customer service or call center experience required.

Switch Technician 1

The Switch Technician 1 is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance and monitoring; of the voice and data network, the voice switching, data communications and peripheral equipment associated with the Mobile Telephone Switching Office (MTSO). Other duties include coordinating installation, testing, and troubleshooting of transmission facilities (DS0 – OC-192); troubleshooting, upgrading, and administering multiple vendor systems for all network related services; maintaining system applications; ensuring quality customer service; and providing support to our user community. Requires 1+ years of demonstrated data networking skills. Capable of layer 2/3 troubleshooting of data networking services (TCP/IP based). Knowledge of wireless technology and operating systems. Experienced maintaining a wireless Switch and Cell Site intrastructure. Preferably with a Nortel/Ericsson DMS, MTX, P-MSC and Base Station Controller (BSSM, OMC).

Sales Distribution Project Analyst

The Sales Distribution Project Analyst coordinates data and information and prepares internal reports from various departments. The Analyst must possess diligence and keep abreast of all programs and projects created by management through evaluation which determines the efficiency of ongoing projects in Direct and Indirect. The Distribution Project Analyst designs, develops and establishes key reporting standards for the company. The analyst processes reports and performance indicators for management to review concerning certain projects. Bachelor’s Deree or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in sales support or administration. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Some travel required.

Retail Store Manager – Full Time

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for all operations of company owned retail stores. The Retail Store Manager motivates and inspires the team to achieve and exceed the budgeted sales metrics, adhere to operational policies, and manage the personnel functions in the stores to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and maximum productivity. The Retail Store Manager trains and develops their staff to ensure continued growth of both the business and the employee. Minimum qualifications are thorough knowledge of retail processes; 4+ years of retail store management experience; demonstrated success in sales quota achievement; background performing customer service, marketing, and sales functions; experience administering budget, strong communication, leadership and presentation skills; and bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience.

Assistant Store Manager – Full Time

Retail Sales Representative – Full Time and Part Time

The retail sales representative will report to the store's management and will be expected to achieve sales goals and service performance requirements established by company, region and market through new customer sales; accessory sales; features; and providing excellent customer satisfaction. Provides excellent customer service by handling service related issues and handling customer complaints, escalating the issue to management when appropriate. Minimum qualifications are one plus years in retail sales with proven success in sales quota achievement, strong communication skills, proficiency in computer operations and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Indirect Account Representative – Full Time

The Indirect Account Representative implements and monitors sales and incentive programs designed to drive the indirect channel productivity and meet or exceed established company goals and business objectives set forth in the business plan for the assigned territory. Minimum requirements are two plus years of sales or customer service experience; high school diploma or equivalent; and a valid driver's license. Preferred experience includes indirect account management experience in the wireless industry and a degree from an accredited university. Will require some weekend and evening work.
