retail sales representative
The retail sales representative will report to the store's management and will be expected to achieve sales goals and service performance requirements established by company, region and market through new customer sales; accessory sales; features; and providing excellent customer satisfaction. Provides excellent customer service by handling service related issues and handling customer complaints, escalating the issue to management when appropriate.
assistant store manager
The assistant store manager supports the store manager in motivating the staff to complete the sales generation functions in the store to ensure customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies. The assistant store manager will also help with the training and developing of the staff to ensure continued growth of both the business and the associate.
