Tim Yager

president and chief executive officer

Tim Yager joined Revol Wireless in September 2011 as president and chief executive officer. Mr. Yager was most recently president and CEO of iPCS Inc., a digital wireless communications provider until its successful sale to Sprint in November 2009. Prior to this, Yager was chief restructuring officer of iPCS Inc. from January 2003 until July 2004 when the company successfully emerged from bankruptcy.

David Zylka

chief technology officer

David L. Zylka joined Revol Wireless in October 2011 as chief technology officer. Mr. Zylka has over 20 years of commercial wireless experience. Prior to joining Revol he served in a variety of technical and business leadership roles including SVP Engineering and Operations for iPCS, CTO for Ubiquitel PCS, VP of Engineering for Frontier Cellular Communications, and VP of Operations and Performance Engineering for Comcast Cellular Communications. In addition to his commercial experience, Mr. Zylka served as a Signal Officer in the US Army. Mr. Zylka earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Science in Information Systems Management Degree from Golden Gate University.

John Ranieri

chief financial officer

John Ranieri joined Revol Wireless in January 2009 as chief financial officer. Mr. Ranieri has over 20 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining Revol, he served as the CFO to several companies including Architectural Foam Supply, Inc. -- a supplier of custom building materials for the residential and commercial construction market (Pompano Beach, FL); Affinity Internet, Inc. -- a provider of web solutions for small business (Fort Lauderdale, FL); and Redfern Broadband Networks, Inc., a manufacturer of optical switching and transport equipment for the telecommunication industry (Sydney, Australia). Prior to those positions, Mr. Ranieri was the head of Corporate Development at LHS Group, Inc. (Atlanta, GA), which was acquired by Sema PLC. Mr. Ranieri began his career in the Merger & Acquisition area of Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. (New York, NY). Mr. Ranieri earned his M.B.A. at The Wharton School, majoring in Finance and Strategic Management and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Joseph Holibaugh

vice president of sales

Joseph Holibaugh joined Revol Wireless in February 2012 as vice president of sales. Mr. Holibaugh most recently held the position of Regional Prepaid Sales Director in the Midwest Region, for Boost (Sprint/Nextel). During his 14 year tenure with Sprint, he has held multiple positions including General Manager, Training Manager and Retail Sales Director.

Steve Machovina

vice president of information technology

Steve Machovina became the vice president of information technology in August of 2011 after having held a variety of positions within the revol IT department since joining the company in 2001 as the telecom manager. He has over 15 years in the information technology field and has played an instrumental role in the growth of revol during his tenure. Prior to Revol, Mr. Machovina spent nine years as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Coast Guard. Mr. Machovina graduated with his BA in Business Administration from Kent State University and his MBA from Wayne State University.

Jane Passantino

vice president of marketing

Jane Passantino joined Revol in November of 2010 as vice president of marketing. Ms. Passantino has over 25 years of experience in the marketing realm, with a focus on telecommunications. Prior to joining Revol, she served as a leader of marketing teams for T-Mobile, Aquent and AT&T. Ms. Passantino holds her B.S. in Public Communications from Syracuse University.

Meredith Guyot

director of human resources

Meredith Guyot joined Revol in November of 2006 in her current role. Ms. Guyot has over 30 years of experience in the human resources field, with a focus on multi-unit retail businesses, including LESCO, Cole Vision, and May Department Stores. She holds her BA in History from Providence College and her MA from The University of Notre Dame.
