Bill Jarvis

chief executive officer

Bill Jarvis joined revol wireless in February 2008 as chief executive officer. Mr. Jarvis has an extensive telecommunications background, with over 24 years in the industry. Mr. Jarvis is also the CEO of Mobi PCS, a wireless communications company based in Hawaii. He has transformed this start-up wireless communications company into a multi-million dollar organization.

Mr. Jarvis began his telecommunications career as one of the first employees of McCaw Cellular, a Washington State based cellular company, which was later purchased by AT&T Wireless. As an early employee at FleetCall, which grew into telecom giant Nextel, Mr. Jarvis was the regional president for the western United States. There he led a team of 1200 employees and was responsible for a $1.8 billion division. Mr. Jarvis also served as CEO of Go Beam, a business-to-business voice over IP service provider which was ultimately sold to Covad Communications, Inc., a nationwide broadband service provider.

George Mehok

chief information officer

George Mehok joined revol wireless in April 2007 as chief information officer. Mr. Mehok has 18 years of information technology experience with 15 years dedicated to the wireless industry. Prior to revol, he held various technology management positions with leading wireless providers including Verizon Wireless, AirTouch Communications and Vodafone. As executive director of strategic development for Verizon Wireless he was responsible for M+A systems integration, in addition to the deployment of information technology solutions for new wireless data products. He also held software engineering and management positions with Electronic Data Systems where he specialized in CRM and business support system implementations for domestic and international wireless service providers. He holds a B.S. degree from Eastern Michigan University and an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University.

John Ranieri

chief financial officer

John Ranieri joined revol wireless in January 2009 as chief financial officer. Mr. Ranieri has over 20 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining revol, he served as the CFO to several companies including Architectural Foam Supply, Inc. -- a supplier of custom building materials for the residential and commercial construction market (Pompano Beach, FL); Affinity Internet, Inc. -- a provider of web solutions for small business (Fort Lauderdale, FL); and Redfern Broadband Networks, Inc., a manufacturer of optical switching and transport equipment for the telecommunication industry (Sydney, Australia). Prior to those positions, Mr. Ranieri was the head of Corporate Development at LHS Group, Inc. (Atlanta, GA), which was acquired by Sema PLC. Mr. Ranieri began his career in the Merger & Acquisition area of Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. (New York, NY). Mr. Ranieri earned his M.B.A. at The Wharton School, majoring in Finance and Strategic Management and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Michael Beehn

vice president of marketing

Michael Beehn joined revol wireless in October 2008 as vice president of marketing. Mr. Beehn has over 15 years of experience in the wireless industry. Mr. Beehn began his career in wireless with First Cellular of Southern Illinois. During his 12 year tenure, he held roles with progressive responsibility for First Cellular and ultimately Alltel who acquired them in 2006. After the two companies were integrated, he then led re-branding and marketing strategy for Alltel markets operating in a Trust prior to divestiture. Mr. Beehn accepted the vice president of operations position with the Eco Digital Development Group, prior to joining revol. He earned his M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University.

Tony McDowell

vice president of engineering

Tony R. McDowell joined revol wireless in September 2005 as vice president of engineering. Mr. McDowell has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry. Prior to joining revol and since 2001, he was a consultant to telecommunications companies at Dimensional TeleCom Management, Inc. Previously he was vice president of engineering and operations for SigmaOne Communication Corporation. From 1996 to 2000 he filled various positions at Aerial Communication, including vice president, MTA engineering and operation. Mr. McDowell also has held positions with GTE Mobilnet and Western CommTower, Inc. He earned his B.B.A. Management degree from American Intercontinental University.
